Seeing as all my work is handmade and takes a lot of time to create I do not offer returns because I update my customers throughout every step of the way to make sure it is just what they are looking for. I take request and suggestions as I'm creating it but if the suggestion is causing me to restart the piece as I'm almost finished or I know what you are suggesting is impossible with the materials I am using I will kindly refuse it.
The only time I will honor a return is if;
- I personal make a mistake that ruins the project (but I can all was just start over and give you a new one with out you paying anything more)
- The product was damaged while being shipped I can give you a portion of the money you paid back because I am still finding the best way to package my art.
- you've got the art work delivered and then say you do not like it. I am always upfront with you on the size and materials I am using and I will not ship until you have paid and approve of it
